Weight loss prescription/phentermine

Post by steve230 »

Anyone know of a doctor or clinic to get the stuff ordered or prescribed?

I've checked at least 20 pharmacies, including a bunch around Olympic Stadium. I used adipex about 5 years ago for 2 months to kick start my weight loss, and would love to be able to do it again. So far I'm under the impression nobody wants to lose weight in Phnom Penh. I'm assuming it's legal here?
I know I can order it online, but not sure if it will arrive (or what the ransom fees from customs would be).

Any tips?

so when you took it before you lost weight I assume?

then you put it all back on again, maybe you weigh more?

id suggest doing excersise and cutting your calorie intake.taking drugs to lose weight is putting you in a road to addiction.

I took it 5 years ago combined with diet and exercise. With it I lost 3-4 pounds a week for 7 weeks, then stopped taking it and continued losing weight for 6 months more (60 pounds total lost). My job changed, and weight went up due to poor diet/lack of exercise. It's much easier to repeat what I did in the past and preferred to me. I've been losing 1-2 pounds a week here, I'd just prefer to step it up for a month.

I didn't notice any addictiveness of phentermine. It's a stimulant, but not much. I could take it at 6am and go back to sleep at 8am. But it definitely curbs the appetite and makes it much easier to eat less while working out and after a month diet & exercise routines are in place, and it's no longer needed.

I suppose I could get ephedra & caffeine, it's similar- just more side effects.

If you wanna step the weight loss up ....then start hitting the steps at Olympic stadium since it sounds like you're in that area already.

Change your diet and exercise...no need for magical pills.

I work out for 1 hour a day at Good Times gym. I've been losing 1kg a week, but would really like to ramp it up some while I'm still fat. It's realistic to lost 1.5-2kg/week when body fat is high. I looked into ordering them, but most sites want $160 with shipping (it was under $30 stateside) which is more than I want to spend.

its unhealthy to lose a lot of weight in short spaces of time, i did manage to lose 10kg in 3-4 weeks naturally last year when i was training for a fight, but it messes up your body, the old "ricky hatton diet"
all these diet pills are not healthy if youre losing 1kg a week thats fine just be patient, curbing your appetite is not healthy your body is an engine that needs food, when you stop eating properly it fucks your metabolism up, when your metabolism messes up it stops burning off fat naturally and will rely on your pills and exercise to burn off the fat which can slow down your weight loss, then when you do eat your body will store the fat as emergency instead of burning it off
