I want to clear up some misunderstanding about the Chinese

Ask us anything. Cambodia Expats Online has a huge community of long-term expats that can answer any question you may have about life in Cambodia. Have some questions you want to ask before you move to Cambodia? Ask them here. Our community can also answer any questions you have about how to find a job or what kind of work is available for expats in Cambodia, whether you're looking for info about Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, or anywhere else in the Kingdom. You're also welcome to ask about visa and work permit questions as well, as the immigration rules change often, especially since COVID-19. Don't be shy, ask CEO's community anything!

WeChat is not a social software, has replaced the phone-SMS-video calls-and so on.

Only for the Chinese

Don't confuse "bogunism" with nationality, no country has the mandate on "bogunism!" I cannot comment on some (possibly?)low class Chinese landlord being a problem, but this could apply to similar Khmer landlords, its more a problem of class rather than ethnicity. My condo is owned by Chinese, and many of the occupants in my units are Chinese and they are very polite and we always get on amicably. Of course if I have a problem, I deal with condo reception and not the owner, but any problems I have are fixed pretty much immediately, and if I have any suggestions re improvement they are considered and often acted upon.
I'm guessing the rental price and location of your Condo filters out most of the undesirables. ie Well to do/and or working Expats, whether they be Westerners or Chinese/Asians are the main occupants. Contrast that with those westerners displaced in SHV, and the type of Chinese attracted to the Casino/online scamming industry....

Is he even allowed to consider that question?

When mainland Chinese were first permitted to visit Taiwan, minders went with them.

The number one activity was staying in the hotel and watching talk TV shows. People were expressing opinions beyond the acceptable, like criticizing the government.

Now minders monitor their TV consumption as well.

I'm sorry, man. All I can say is try to talk to him, If you do not communicate with him, he will never know you at some point very much dislike this kind of behavior.

However, there are times when you have to understand that there may be something really urgent after all.
This is a Chinese investor landlord in the west, in a city that has been invaded by them. We talk, he doesn't understand well, but from talking to him and other Chinese, I find that while Chinese people don't want to live in China anymore, they do not want to assimilate. They like the Chinese 'way' and are very proud of it and want to keep it. In fact, they believe it is superior.

Do you think the minders are monitoring them in Cambodia? How about CEO? What happens if a Chinese citizen in Cambodia installs Tapatalk and WhatsApp?

There's nothing special about it. It's just for your common software. In fact, I've been using TG for about seven months. Linken Sphere IRC ICQ INS Onion Browser is nothing special

You are right. Most Chinese capitalists have changed their nationality. What's more, Cambodian Chinese friends naturally feel superior to local people, perhaps in terms of money or the strength of the country? But many people are not only superior but also disrespectful of others, which is a headache.

China has donated some airport scanning equipment and passports. You'll see. And ZTE seems to have won Cambodia's online bidding project. The power plant is also built in China. I don't want to say too much, because even if I use an encryption browser or a VPS SSR SS virtual machine, these tools. If you really want to find me, depending on my network technology, I'm going to eat snacks at home and watch TV and wait for them.

I have an account with all the software you cited, but I don't use it very often.

I certainly must compliment you on your English language ability. Your translation software is remarkable. If I didn t believe that no one on this forum would pretend to be something that they are not, I would think you are a native speaker.
