If you have all of the necessary supporting documentation and do it yourself directly at the DoI then you save alot of money, as you only pay the official fee ie. $180 for a 12 mth EOS vs $275++ if you use an agent.

If you need to use an agent, the two that I personally recommend are;
- CINA Travel
- Call Kim

Both can be found on Google and Facebook

What sort of turn around time have people experienced with agents with a tourist visa extension?

Call Kim had my EOS Extension done in about 3 days.

Paid cash at the time.

Would imagine a Tourist Visa extension would probably take about the same length of time.

She even delivers to the hostess bars as well so no need to even get up from the bar stool to go to her.

I used CINA last week to extend my ordinary 30-day evisa to a 6 month multiple-entry-one. No questions or doucments asked, just paye 210 dollar (861000 riel i payed) and after 6 days it was aranged. Even my original online-evisa had a wrong name on it (twice my given name and not my family name), they took care about it without any problem. Super-service and at walking distance from my appartement !!
