Which universities in Cambodia teach in English, or mostly in English?

I know a girl who speaks English well, and her parents can afford more than the cheapest universities. I suggested she go to one which teaches in English.
## I thought I knew all the answers, but they changed all the questions. ##

University of Puthisastra teaches in English and has an embedded foundation year to make sure students are fully ready for Year 2.

Its a Health and IT university teaching medicine, nursing, dentistry, pharmacy as well as ICT.

Its located centrally in Doun Penh - just next to the French Institute.
