Here we go again with the visa designation confusion.

1. Do you have a Tourist visa that you obtained at the airport using the online ordering system, which is called e-Visa?

2. Or do you have an Ordinary visa, with alphanumeric serial number beginning with E?

In both cases, a travel agent can do it. I've used Khmer Views Travel beside Sundance Inn on St 172. A 1-year extension of my Ordinary visa was $290.

More or less any reliable travel agent I think - there's a thread here on visas, so just follow that as a guide. In PP there's a travel agency next to Indochine II Hotel (St 130) which is reliable, near riverfront. Closed Sundays though. I, and other friends, have used them for a long time with no problems.
I've got their card somewhere. let me know if you want name and address.
