It is smart to get to know a girl for a significant amount of time before making any long term commitments. Some girls can be so nice when you meet them. But as time goes on things become clearer. If there is something about her you cant accept, you find out over time. If she is a genuinely good girl, you find out over time.

I agree. A moderators job is to deal with personal attacks, and offensive posts, not those with a different opinion.

To be run well, I think there needs to be a number of active moderators. It is too difficult for one person. Then when there are questionable posts, the moderators can discuss it between themselves, and see what the others think.

I strongly encourage those at the top to look for other good people to join the moderating team.

Sweet Lemon wrote: Sun Dec 08, 2019 11:42 pm It sounds like she's being directed more towards being an "escort" than a tour guide. Does she use her photo in her profile on these sites soliciting clients?

It is unusual for tour guides to go to bars with clients, meet them for coffee after the tour is over, or share a hotel room.

"I had to book a shared hotel room for us" is complete and utter nonsense.

It sounds to me like if she's not on the game then she's totally naive and setting herself up to sexually assaulted.

Single guys visiting Cambodia don't need round the clock tour guides. If she tells this latest client that her male colleague will be doing the tour instead this client is going to cancel in heartbeat.
She is being directed??? By whom?? She's doing it on her own free will!! These (Khmer) women value money over their bodies. They are prostitutes who have zero allegiance to anyone but themselves.

Wow and you are married to a Khmer if I remember correctly.

We have posts complaining about over moderation and those asking for more moderators. Never going to please everyone.

The removed post was not just an opinion...it was a derogatory slur.

If you have issues with mod practices, take it up with the respective mod and/or the General rather than trying to stir up shit on here.

You have a long history of insulting, attacking, trolling members with multiple bans going way back before I even became a mod...so that must tell you something. Seems to me you've made it your business/sport to rub up members the wrong way and more generally, causing trouble on CEO. Take an extended break and don't come back if you are going to resume those practices...it's not welcome here.

Many of us have;

My $.05 worth concerning the OP:

staying with a client in HIS room is far and beyond the call of a tour guide and borders on being an escort.
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

It is a valid concern you Raise fax and one that has been discussed by myself and others over PM. I certainly have witnessed you being modded and banned for trivial things, once for quoting and calling out a poster inferring some of our esteemed posters were pedos.

Clutch you are a fine poster and the modding is better than the crap you get on TOF but please we are all adults so unless someone is breaking rules or getting extremely personal in attacks, perhaps curb the over zealous modding for a bit.

Agreed PR, having a guy request two young Khmer tour guides style in his room would set off my alarm bells. Totally inappropriate in that line of work
