Don't sweat Richard, rozz.

To be honest, it doesn't take much to boggle his mind.

I don t understand why you would worry about offending anyone because you don t have a smartphone. that and your refusal to use capital letters unless you are yelling at someone. However, I don t want you to accuse me of stalking you, I understand you have so many now they must take turns.

Constantly?

I guess you understand hyperbole.

I brought you up once last week. You whined and cried and the innocent jibe was deleted by admin.

I can't remember when I took a shot at you before that. I know I have but it's been a while.

Anyway, you're the one with a quite prolifically long and distinguished "ignore"/"foe" list...might I respectfully request that you pretty please, with sugar on top, add me to it?

Personally I find those who feel the need to avail themselves of and incorporate a "foe" blocking function, in order to satisfactorily go about their time on an internet forum, to be suffering from a personality defect of some magnitude, but that's just my opinion.

Sangkhe Market on North side of street 68(Sangkat Toul Sangkhe, Khan Russey Keo) is one of the cheapest places for used smartphones. They have lots of Samsung phones from between $20 and $50. You need to bargain but it is cheaper if a Barang is not present. :D I have bought a few there for various people. I bought a spare for myself for $28 a while ago.

there are a lot of 2nd hand phone shops outside your apartment Roz where you can pick up an iPhone 5/6 for around $70/80,
ive only just upgraded my old iPhone 5 to a 6, no need to spend hundreds of dollars on a smartphone

He has an excellent helmet. The bike was not moving at the time.
You should know how passionate I am about helmet safety, don’t be a dick.
Sorry mum!
We all know how good Khmer are about these things and while you were busy telling us about your wonderful humanity, I just thought, given he has both hands on the bars, perhaps he rode like that.
Please excuse my extreme 'dickness' and accept my humblest apologies...
How's the bar going by the way? I hope you do well but I think perhaps it's a real hard way to make a dollar. Best of luck!

he cant scrape together $25 for a used one and although you vouch for him, you come to CEO rather than lend him the spare cash to buy one?

the mind boggles....
I will have the funds to buy a phone for him next week but he was really hoping to start work today.
I just didn’t budget for a phone this week, no need to be a ball breaker.

If it’s only $20 or $30 then obviously I can scrape it together. I thought I’d be looking at at least $200.
Did you see thread on brand new smart phone 35 dollars? Looks like a good deal if they have any left (siem reap said out of stock) in phnom penh

I don’t have much to do with the day to day running of it, I’m just there to enjoy the fun but by all accounts It’s going very well :)
