I was referring to this post:
1. Then you're looking at international schools which have become expensive (for this part of the world) expect to pay $2-4,000 per term per child

I missed the "per term" bit. Last year I paid close to 30K for the year including school outings (Borneo! Singapore!!! When I was a kid we went to the zoo) and things like summer camp.....

I also went to the zoo and lots of Museums ( lived 2 miles north of DC)

There's a very large Chinese community here, and lots of Chinese restaurants run by Chinese for Chinese. Supplies should be a matter of finding which place has what you want. There's a hualian supermarket near the Central Market, for instance, and another near the airport. The ones I've been to speak little or no English however.
One staffing solution might be to look for sino/Khmer workers.
