I recommend [email protected]
But be sure to specify English Speaking Driver if applicable.
Circa US$65/$70 for whole cab one way.

Hope that this helps you?

I have booked few times through bookmebus and each time it's been good and clean taxi. PP-Sr is $75 but you can find discount codes from cambodeals to get couple bucks off.

Also through camboticket you can book taxis but I don't have personal experiences their taxis.

There is a Facebook page Taxi Share Cambodia where people put out a request for prices for travel around the country and get inundated with offers from guys with SUVs all trying to beat each others prices.
