Damn, that's pretty cool. I assume you can't walk 2 steps without a Cambodian stopping you to admire it.

^That is a very nice piece^

I have 3 tattoos, 1st an Asian dragon/sun on my shoulder/arm that's been redone, a tiger shark wrapped around my calf(my favorite), and a viking sword going down my spine which was my last 15-16 years ago, I kind of regret the sword, it was a trade out for some sign work so it was a rushed decision, and I think some people get the wrong impression off it. They're all well done and have meaning to me, now I have a Japanese gf and she's not to fond of them, not sure if I'll get anymore as I never set out to get covered. Growing up in the US in the 80's/90's tattoos and long hair(which I still have) could keep you from getting a job, now maybe not so much, not that anyone(guys) has long hair anymore.

Thanks guys.

@ General Mackevili - Yep, I get a lot of attention from the locals - I'm cool having a chat to them about it. I do avoid answering how much it cost, though, especially if I am in a girly bar lol

This tattoo is really cool. I would love to have something like this, but my mom would be really upset to see me having a tattoo or two.

May be an odd question - it's there any reason a tattoo of a Bengal Tiger would offend Khmers or other native Cambodians? I have a very nice, but rather prominent one. I was asked about it a lot in Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand on my last trip, but couldn't really understand if it was disliked, was offensive, or just something for people to get my attention by pointing at it. The bar girls used it as a "conversation starter"...

Nothing to worry about unless it's on your face or something. As you said, probably a conversation starter.

yeah the only ones i heard that can cause offense are that of the buddha, i have a big Ganesh head on my arm that isnt a problem

meanwhile, in Pattaya, the amount of girls here now that have tattoos, and im not talking about little tramp stamps, im talking full on Alt Chick style back pieces, chest pieces, leg and arm sleeves, seems kinda weird after coming from the anti tattoo cambodia, but while i see all these amazingly hot tattoos on these really hot chicks, all that comes to my mind is..."whos paid for that?" or "how many guys she had to fuck to get that?" having full back pieces and shit arent cheap
