Tattoo Artist in Cambodia?
Tattoo Artist in Cambodia?
Any recommendations on the best tattoo artist(s) in Cambodia? Prefer in PP but other locations would be helpful. Not really interested in generating a topic on the merits or your criticism of tattoos. Been there, done that, and too late to turn back now. Thank you.

What is it with this "Cambo" shit? Newbies trying to sound cool? Hipster speak? Or just fucktardery? Almost as bad as people calling Vietnam "the "Nam" (real veterans excepted).

I second getting hold of Leo. He's a great artist. RSD is fine, they did my half sleeve and it turned out great but if Leo was around when I had it done I probably would have used him instead.Barang chgout wrote:Fuck rsd. Leo Martinez at Salty Dog is the man.

That would just be over the top and un-acceptable.Barang chgout wrote: ↑Wed May 17, 2017 7:06 am Yep, like calling Australia Oz. I mean, who would do that?

If I am not mistaken, Australians call Australia Oz. No Cambodian calls their country Cambo and No Vietnamese calls their country Nam.Barang chgout wrote: ↑Wed May 17, 2017 7:06 am Yep, like calling Australia Oz. I mean, who would do that?

Re: Tattoo Artist in Cambo
what are your views on Saigon Vs. HCMC, i know a lot of the Vietnamese (espesh the older generation) only/mainly use Saigon, had a lesson about it by some old timer Cyclo driver whilst i was sat having some noodle soup at some street corner vendor, nice guy
i think its quite common in British/Ozzy culture to shorten the names of words/people/places,
tbh Cambo sounds like a perfectly normal shortened down nickname for Cambodia, i might have even used it myself when messaging with friends***
no where near as hipster worthily cringy as "the Nam" or "the Penh"
***maybe because im from the generation where texting was a nightmare and so shortened down "text talk" was always used
"hy m8 hw r u?
wubu2?
lst nite wa rly fun
wt u doin 2nite?
tb m8"
was a perfectly acceptable message lol
