What did you pay total to get the place? Length of stay terms?

You can get a screen for $50 from Chhay Hok on 126 by Psah Thmei.

$400/month but only after they agreed to install a second aircon for the sitting area. Six-month lease with one-month security deposit.

:shock: Bloody hell $400 p/mth for that tiny apartment! Hope you checked it out at night time to make sure it's not too noisy.

Dave you need to learn that when someone asks you ‘How much?’ In Cambodia then you should tell them 2/3 of the actual price - otherwise you are going to get the response above every single time.
