Right, a thief comes out of nowhere and snatches your bag (with the pepper spray inside it, obviously). Or, if you do hold the pepper spray in the other hand, you blast after the departing thief, ending up with all of it in your own face.

I was replying to her OP which wasn't about bag snatching but rather "is Phnom Penh safe" .

Instead of trying to be a smart-ass, take that time to improve your horrible reading skills.

i have sprayed myself with that shit more than once unintentionally- as if you would do it by intent.

i will get a zapper next and just duct tape it to a walking stick.
maybe use two, one in the head and one in the foot.

get some jackie chan style action on multiple assailants.

that or a very sore leg and convulsions when it gets me.

weapons really have a mind of their own.
