Siem Reap vs PP costs and amenity
Re: Siem Reap vs PP costs and amenity
I don't know much about the apartment market here, but I'm guessing $150-400 depending on how high-end you want to go. Here are some on the market now: " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;Bitte_Kein_Lexus wrote:How much is a small studio up there? Western-style studio (tastefully decorated bathroom/kitchen, serviced or not etc).
It seems like the supply of Western-style apartments is smaller than the supply of Khmer-style houses, so you can get a big house for the same price as a small apartment in a lot of cases.

$150 -$250 within walking distance from town. In term of PP vs SR, I am a countryside side, laid-back, hammock sleeping kind of person, so SR fits me perfectly. Also The cost of living is cheaper, and the people are more genuine and friendlier.
