$8 to $10/hour for short serious work or $20 plus lunch money for 1 day

I pay $70. a month for a part time gardner. One to two hours 5 days a week. A factory worker makes $150. for from 160 to 200 hours a month. That's $.75 to $.93 per hour. I feel I'm being very generous paying from $1.75 to $3.50 depending on the number of hours a month.
