It’s a public hospital with the ENT department funded by Korean. I think it’s more of a traditional ENT department than providing elective plastic surgery

Yes who knows! Personally I think most Khmer women's noses are perfectly beautiful just as they are but I know a few who've had their noses done and they are happy enough with the results. Also Khmer girls know straight away if they see another girl who has had it done so there's a bit of competitiveness/jealously in the mix too.

Now with the augmented breasts (fake tits) I can definitely see a case for those especially if they've lost their initial pertness after a kid or two. Care should be taken in proportional sizing though. And, far more fun for me to play with than an enhanced nose. Maybe one procedure, maybe both or maybe none. Still having fun fact finding atm.

Yes I know a lady who had them done by him 13 years ago. An excellent job too and still looking great after all this time.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to contact him recently.
