You might try Capsaicin which Lazada has at a more reasonable price.

Remember,, you are what you eat. Go back to square one and start with your diet. Hopefully you wont get arthritis , then you wont have to
take anything to cure it.

Speaking from experience,,, it works for me .
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

You could be right. To be more specific "my friend" has psoriatic arthritis (which is certainly influenced by diet) but, same diff.

With arthritis Rheumatoid or PsA, stay away from processed sugar and get plenty of joint movement - Yoga or light exercise. Drink lots of water to hydrate and flush your body.

I'm not sure if it's the same type of arthritis, but I once knew an elderly lady whose fingers were swollen up like blistered sausages. She told me that the doctors couldn't treat her any more. Her hands looked really sore. I visited her again a few months later. Her hands were about normal, and she was knitting again, She had told me her friends suggested apple cider vinegar and manuka honey. Maybe that will help someone.

I'll actually give that a go - it was the housewife cure-all remedy for everything when I was a kid, the Tiger Balm of the sixties.
