Renewing US Passport

What is everyone who needs to renew their Passport doing with the Cambodia US embassy not processing passport renewals ?

My ER EOS expires in July 2020 but my passport expires Feb 2021 so I don't have the required 6 months left on my passport to get my usual 1 yr EOS can't even get a 6mo EOS only a 1 mo EOS is all I can get.

Tried the Embassy in Vietnam and Thailand but there are no available appointment dates there either.
