You should have a lease that lists how much you pay per kWh (kilowatt hour). That is usually anywhere between 720 riel and 2000 riel per kWh, with anything over 1200 riel per kWh considered a ripoff by many expats.

What does the lease say is the rate per kWh, and how many kilowatt hours does the landlord say you have used each month?

If you answer that, we will be able to tell you if you are being ripped off on the rate or if the usage you're being charged is inaccurate (either because the landlord is falsifying your usage or because all your neighbors are tapping into your electricity).

Time to go somewhere else. You're paying more than company using a grade A office.
Can i make report to EDC office?
