Re: Question about FPCS app

It was said beforehand that the App has a few discrepancies, I noticed that my application does not tally up with my EOS renewal date, infact it shows over a months difference beforehand. But it will be one of more things to tackle on the list when the time comes, but then again it seems all this is really passed on to the agents, next someone is going to want payment for extra workload, then the chain of hands out for good offering starts once more.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

Yes, get your new landlord to check you in again on FPCS app.

Some may be interested in my experience today. Immigration police came to my door with the apparent intention to arrest me for no visa. I was able to show them that I had renewed my visa and was registered on their database. I have found however that its not possible to edit the visa number so it seems that you must create a new record when your visa expires otherwise you may get a similar visit. I have done that now and hopefully will not hear from them again.

I finally registered with the app but the village where I'm staying is not on the apps locations list so just stuck the nearest one , did the same with my girlfriend's ,at least it comes up I'm staying at her home now.
When I added the app for my girlfriend I registered on her app I was staying at her house till November 2021
Then when I opened my account it was updated.
I'm standing up, so I must be straight.

Thanks for the update.

Can you explain what you mean by 'create a new record'?

I mean you must enter yourself as a new person with a new visa number. If your landlord is doing it he must enter all your details again with the new visa number. Sorry I was not clear about entering on expiry. You need to enter again AFTER getting the new visa. On the website there is a button "create new". This is for the landlord or guesthouse when they enter a new guest. Sorry I do not know how it works on a phone. If you want to enter using computer the website is: https://fpcs.immigration.gov.kh/login
