So can everything in the world. statistically, it is extremely unlikely that the OP will die from covid.Marty wrote: ↑Mon Mar 08, 2021 3:11 pmHahaha. Uhhh, yeah it can kill ya!Jerry Atrick wrote: ↑Mon Mar 08, 2021 2:50 pm Stay at home until you feel better is the obvious move. It won't kill ya
Medical advice is stay home if you feel unwell. Same as you should with flu etc

Dexamethasone is given if respiratory symptoms are present. Not before that as it is immunosuppressant.

His age, body weight and other health conditions may have a huge impact on that "statistically unlikely"

in England they say if you got symptoms to stay home, last year they were saying its best to self isolate, and not to go get tested if you got symptoms due to putting other people at risk of spreading it

True. Still best to err on the side of caution though.
Re: Preferred course of action if having possible covid symptoms
All those who are recommending the OP to “go see a doctor”, would you really do that if you’d yourself would wake up tomorrow with a slight fever and a cough? If you can self isolate, why would you risk getting a positive test result and getting locked up for weeks?
We all know it’s the right thing to do but how many would really do it.

Do you mean that staying at home is the right thing to do, or that going to a doctor is the right thing to do?
Imo, and that of the medical community, staying at home is the way
