Anti Corruption Unit is on Norodom Boulvard, you can try a walk in there, make sure your neighbors don't follow you when you leave home, you might not reach your destination. :assasin:

Still not convinced this actually happens.

I guess this site is a troll site mostly.
I want anti corruption unit information because though some of my property was smashed outside ny business .. by my neighbors... no arrests were made and no compensation given... and a local Commune official witnessed them bragging that they destroyed simething.. and yeah I filmed them.
The Vietnamese Cambodians n question are friends with the police chief.. and I know by word of mouth they have paid off the police on other issues (illegal construction projects)
Do I want to throw up a vid for a bunch of troll meat and also reveal my identity to a bunch of desperate trolls?
Naw not after the responses.
Thanks for nothing
There is an ACU, and yes I do think they have agents or police that have arrest authority, but as others have stated this doesn't seem to be a case of corruption.

You seem to be looking for someone other than the sangkat police. You may be onto something as it may be that other police units will intervene to get a payment from the alleged criminals. You could try the tourist police or the immigration police.

Having dealt with local police a few times, I can say that they seem uninterested in doing anything if there is no significant evidence. Not sure what video you have or if you really understand what they are saying. Send me a PM with a video and I'll let you know if it actually serves as any evidence.

But you may do better to try to resolve your conflict through some kind of conflict resolution.

The anti corruption unit told me.to come back on the 20th if the local commune did not act. The commune started calling people in the day after I talked with the anti.corruption unit...so I think it made a difference.
We will see what happens between now and the 20th.
Thanks to the sincere people that tried to help or make suggestions... you helped.
A big thumba down to the retards that think its funny to troll people with serious problems.

Wow, this is great. Please do get back and tell us what happened. Don't be shy about informing as all of us may have to deal with the police at some point.

The anti corruption unit gave me two ways to file a complaint when I saw them on the 20th. One is through their Facebook.. the other through their Email. The comune has done nothing so far.
I hope to do the report over the next couple days. Thanks for your interest and concern

They seem friends with local commune and also local Daun Penh police. I have reported them destroying my property and trying to get into numerous fights..over 'parking or other things.
I need the anti corruption police. Do they really have a location .. a real phone... and real people to help me?
I want 125 u.s.d to replace my property.. or I want some arrests for destruction of property... can someone point me in the right direction?
I have had no luck with Daun Penh police or local.commune people though I filled out several reports at the commune.
This happened about 3 weeks ago now.
I made a vid of my neiighbors dancing around and swearing at me and shouting and yelllng they destroyed my property.
Someone from the commune witnessed that also.. the neighbors bragging of doing it
I.want to.stop my neighbors from getting away with this.
The local cops and commune people have been worthless in helping.
I need some real police
Might be cheaper to find a new place to live, and try not to piss off the locals there.
