Podiatrist recommendation

Post by Spigzy »

Anyone with a recommendation for a podiatrist in Phnom Penh? Niggling big toenail injury from years of busting it playing football. TTFU pills not required, just needs a bit of TLC to be less annoying.

Usually for broken / split / scattered nails superglue does the trick. Of course that works only, if you don't put again force on it at that time... On the toes it might take a few months, since they grow very slow compared to the fingers. The rest of the abbreviations I have no clue about
Driving on Cambodian roads is just like playing a classic arcade top scroller. The only difference is a force feedback controller, the limitation to only one life and the inability to restart, once Game Over

TTFU pills = Toughen The F Up pills, a common Aussie remedy I'm led to believe.
TLC = Tender Love & Care, also @Stokely's favourite band.

I have struggled with toe injuries a lot throughout my time in the Marines and now too. Dozens of broken toes and fingers, which really nothing can be done. On one of my big toes, I had the nail removed (see photo) and the root killed with a laser and some sort of chemical. Takes about a month or so after, and the surface hardens up almost like a nail. Never had a problem since. Not sure if you can get that procedure here, but might be worth a look.
