Plate number

I find a motorbike I like. The problem that the seller is not the name on the card, and have card but no plate. Can I do the plate for it? So in theory the tax are paid but the problem it's that if I go to request it I am not the real owner write on the card

Make sure the engine and frame numbers match the numbers on the card get a bill of sale then transfer it into a khmer friend or family members name to get a plate

Why khmer? When I baught a new one they put my name.. The problem can be that the guy who will sell me the Moto is not the one on the card name.. But from your answer isn't it a problem?

Foreigners can not transfer a plate to their name, that's why a Khmer person must do it.

Anch'io, ma straniero non può registrare una moto già registrata, solo motocicli nuovi o appena importati.
