This confirms they still don't take evisas at this crossing which is a shame.

re: triple charging for visa. I can't find the post again now but went something along the lines of someone crossing with two kids and being charged for them when they shouldn't have been. That said I haven't found anything yet to say kids don't pay.

Dumb question, where do you get visa on arrival applications from, are they readily available at the border or can you get them in advance ?

Thanks

EVERYONE needs a visa.
from what I understand, kids dont pay overstay fees.
applications are at the window/desk that says Visa on arrival, cant miss it,
dont forget once u get the voa, it still needs to be stamped at another window.

Leaving thailand at Poi Pet you walk Upstairs to checkout, than back downstairs.

Visa application forms will be available at the border.
You also need to complete arrival forms.
And also customs forms I believe.
$120 for a family of four! Quite a significant cost!
Enjoy your trip. I hope the traffic and roads don't freak out your missus, they did mine. Not too bad west of Battambang though.
