Photocopying and Laminating

Post by Doc67 »

Morning everyone

I need to get two pieces of A4 paper photocopied 20 times each and all laminated.

I was thinking of the shops at the top of 110 and Norodom, assuming they are still open.

Has anyone got any better ideas?

As always, many thanks in advance...

There is one on Pasteur that is quite a lot cheaper than the ones on 110.
It is just north of 200, on the west side, opposite the American Pacific School.
Assuming it's still open with all the schools closed.

My one on 110 is on the south side between Norodom and 19, a double shop with yellow signage.

The ones on 110 will do it, as will any other of those photocopy shops (usually located near schools).

If you intend to do this more often consider buying a machine yourself. They cost around 30 USD and a sheet is around 10 cents if I recall well. For laminating they might charge you about 3000-4000r per piece so do the math....

It's just a one off for the moment, but the photocopying will always need doing so I am going to have to find a shop and do a deal.

There's a small inconspicuous printing place on 19 near/next to Davy Computer, from memory.

Opposite Wat Langka (51 corner Sihanouk, beside Adidas). 2 printing and photo-editing shops.

Big thanks to Armchairlawyer who's tip was my first, and last, visit.

The material was scanned, tweaked a bit to improve the colour, cropped and then printed onto a gloss paper, which was a much nicer finish than plain paper. They printed each sheet (painfully slow) but it did give a very nice finish.

The cost was 500 riel for plain paper, 1000 for gloss paper and 1000 Rial for laminating.

And here they are:

Some flyers for Harry's Sunday Roast

And some Flyers for a beer clearance which already has shifted a few. The Kronenbourg is the 500ml can.
