Are you going to be working online? If so, I'd definitely say just stay a few weeks in both places and just decide on a whim. Sounds like you'd probably be better in Phnom Penh, but that's just based on your questions about the two places. Kampot is a great place to be these days, but obviously it's all pretty subjective.

I’m not exactly into whore bars all that much but I definitely want them available for a night out once or twice a month. How many whore bars to choose from in SR? At least 3-4? If that’s the case I’ll be satisfied with the selection
