Phnom Penh Private Schools
Hello,
I am likely moving to PP with my family this year, and I'm looking for recommendations for private school. We're considering the ISSP but the price tag is ... interesting for kindergarten. My children and wife are also French citizens, so the Lycee is certainly an options. Does anyone have any experience with either they'd like to share, and where to consider living depending on the choice?
Much appreciated.

The main English-speaking international schools are ISPP, CIS, Northbridge and BSPP. All (very) expensive.
The French Lycée Descartes is the cheapest of the non-Cambodian schools but level seems to have dropped down since the number of French native speakers has considerably decreased. Now a Khmer-French school. In kindergarten 95% of students are Khmer.
Many French families have moves their kids to EFI Ecole Française Internationale, a new bilingual French-English school opened in 2016 which has built an excellent reputation. But they go up to grade 6, grade 7 next year, therefore not for your kids if they are in a higher class.

If you are French citizens it is possible to get a large discount at Lycee Descartes.
Silence, exile, and cunning.
