If you need a PCR test because you are displaying signs and symptoms of C19, or because you need to do your 2nd test on day 13 after arrival into Cambodia then you get it done at the Provincial Referral Hospital.

If you need a PCR test solely for the purpose of travel, you need to go to National Institute of Public Health in PP. https://maps.app.goo.gl/JhrM7G1QtJW1cmXq6

Test is $100 +$30 for the Medical Certificate. Open 7 days per week, 0730 - 1200/1330 - 1730. Test results along with official MoH Medical Certificate are issued from 1600hrs the day after you get tested. Medical Certificate is dated the date it is issued, not the date tested.

Take passport, copy of passport bio-page and try to get to the front of the auditorium so that you get tested quickly, otherwise expect a 2-3 hour wait as it gets extremely busy.
