Re: Payoneer in Cambodia
Yea. Payoneer withdrawals here has been quite cheap. About $2.5 + 1 to 2% fees at ABA and ANZ. I incur the $5 flat fee when converting from/to USD when withdrawing.
Re: Payoneer in Cambodia
Hi guys! I'm Jose from Argentina. New to the forum. I'm planning to visit Cambodia very soon. I need to withdraw USD with my Payoneer card.
Can anyone tell me what are the withdrawal limits per extraction, per day & per month? I know the ATMs might have their own limits, but any info that you can share with me will help.
Thanks a lot

If you don't mind paying a $5 ATM fee then most ATMs will be fine.jcal wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2019 1:26 pm Hi guys! I'm Jose from Argentina. New to the forum. I'm planning to visit Cambodia very soon. I need to withdraw USD with my Payoneer card.

If you're in Phnom Penh, you can use MB Bank (Military Bank of Vietnam) ATMs with no ATM fee. Max $500 per withdrawal. But there are only three or four of these ATMs in PP and they are frequently offline. At Riverside, corner Sisowath Quay and Street 118 at Mekong River Restaurant is the most useful location.

Re: Payoneer in Cambodia
Thanks for your info! I just check visit MB bank. Their ATM is visa card but the Payonner is debit master card?timmydownawell wrote: ↑Fri Jun 15, 2018 12:16 pm Payoneer charges a flat $2.50 ATM fee PLUS 1.8% of the amount withdrawn, which soon adds up. And yes even though you're withdrawing USD.
You can avoid an extra ATM fee if you use MB Bank ATMs (Vietnamese bank, NOT Maybank).
There's one at Mekong River Restaurant on Riverside and a couple on Monivong, one at their branch there and another opposite a little further along.
