When the real estate bubble bursts, will anyone have flatmates?

Might I mention chlamydia, herpes, and genital warts as reasons not to have a friend with benefits. Fucking get your own flat, lest your friend remove all the margarine from its tub, take a shit in it, and then bury it for you to find several pieces of toast later.

But you don't get any free-bees when you live by yourself. [ Just speaking from my experience of sharing with female flatmates ]

I worked with a guy who didn't see eye to eye with his flatmates over bills and his deposit, who left a parting gift that wasn't prawns under the floorboards. Never share with strangers, it sucks. And don't have sex with your flatmate, that always ends badly. Lot's of adverts in London for free accommodation for "attractive women".
