March 8, 2016 is listed as International women's Day and it says it's a public holiday in Cambodia.
Is this the kind of public holiday where everything closes or is it discretionary?

Banks and offices will be closed.

Supermarkets, the majority of shops, restaurants and bars will all be open as usual.
