Mailling Documents During Covid

Has anyone mailed a parcel from USA to Cambodia during Covid?

I recall when in Siem Reap they were no longer accepting items from USPS sent from USA due to Covid. Fedex and DHL did not seem to be interrupted, however.

Is that still the case? Any information is appreciated.
