Recently had cards brought from Australia by DHL, $75AUD including pickup in Oz and what was supposed to be delivery in PP, but ended up being the delivery driver calling me from PP Sports Club and telling me to come and get them... would use them again.

DHL refused to ship a credit card from the USA for me. Said they would not ship them. Had to use FedEx which came through without a problem.

Postal EMS. You can track it every step of the way. I use it all the time from the US to Cambodia. Have someone you know in the US just repackage the card in a reinforced envelope and ship with tracking number. About $30.

We made a point of listing them as "inactive credit cards".
