For 6 or 12 month EB EOS you need to provide a letter of employment...yes, even if it's your first one.

For 1 or 3 mth EB EOSs you must submit the employment letter AND work permit

So everywhere is written just bullshit ? I have read so many times that the first year ANYBODY can extend without any condition.

Do you have first hand experience ? Been there lately ? Friends did it ? Or is it just what you have understood ?

No offense, but this is really not what has been posted since 6 months.

What do you mean by 1 to 3 months ? Are you saying that even to extend an ordinary visa for 3 months you need any document.
ONLY MONKEYS THINK THAT I AM NOT LIVING IN CAMBODIA BECAUSE I USE VPNs and PROXIES.
Sorry but I do not reply to idiots, especially the old ones.

why for the 6 & 12 you dont need a wp
but for 1 & 3 you do?
seems it should be the opposite..

Because in order to apply for a WP, a 6 or 12 mth EB EOS is required.

No, I just make up all the information I post about visas. I'd like to know where you are getting your info from?

It's also worth noting, that suits changing on a near daily basis in regards to immigration because the laws are so vague.

But hey, don't believe me, I'm just a noob talking out my ass.

Huh. So if I have a 3 month EG while looking for work, then I find work, I can't apply for a WP prior to getting the 12 month EB.
Or, while on a 3 month EG, I can't apply for a WP on the grounds that I work freelance online, in order to get the 12 month EB.

Some people have managed to successfully obtain their WP whilst on an EG, others have been denied to due to not having a MEEV EB EOS.

If you gain employment whilst on an EG, you are supposed to switch to an EB, some have successfully managed this, others have been told they cannot until their EG expires, others have been told they need to leave the country once their EG expires and start from scratch.

It is a constantly evolving system...basically a clusterfuck.

ANYBODY can have the first 1 year extension on ordinary visa without problems, so why people are finding problems where they aren't ?
WRONG
