Well, as you know there are no lawyers in Cambodia. There are people that are connected and the better connected they are the more likely it is that you get out of trouble. There are no lawyers in Sihanoukville that are connected well, only a bunch of rabid dogs that eat your money.
This guy in Phnom Penh, Dy Borima, will get you guaranteed out of any problem anywhere in Cambodia if you got the money.

Yes, he's a kind of colorful figure in Cambodia. Basically involved in everything. Funny thing is, e.g. if you get arrested for almost whatever reason - at the very moment when the cops hear that he's your lawyer you are getting released instantaneously. And in very serious cases he'll have a chat with the judge (using plenty of your money) - with the same outcome. Fact is, he knows all the judges and has a good relationship with them and that makes the difference at the end of the day.
