Re: Kiddies.
Some countries demand papers like mentioned above, I think Canada and Australia are quite strict on this point. I had to pass through France a few years ago with my son and was a bit freaked about about them demanding paperwork, in the end it didn't matter.

Re: Kiddies.
If you're responding to me, no, not on the watch list. Ex-wife was in receipt of child support from me, and I suspect it was that list that triggered the event.

There is always the possibility the ex added the child to the watch list through fear you would leave with your daughter.StroppyChops wrote:If you're responding to me, no, not on the watch list. As far as I am aware the afp nor customs and immigration have access to any child support lists. As far as I know it's only those with debts to the child support agency that the CSA can apply to be put on a no fly list.
One also wonders why the AFP had your phone number...

The third possibility is that I might be known to AFP and on lists.Digg3r wrote: ↑Sun May 14, 2017 11:29 pm There is always the possibility the ex added the child to the watch list through fear you would leave with your daughter.

Re: Kiddies.
From my experience there are no worries. British passport= no problem. There are no kids passports in cambodia. They can travel on the mother's khmer passport but can't have their own(khmer passport). If they have their own passport ( in my case English) there are no problems. Letters of consent are a myth nowadays.
Re: Kiddies.
They already have khmer passports as well as uk ones. We will be traveling on the uk ones. Thanks all for the helpful advice.

Re: Kiddies.
I'm surprised you don't need an export license, as you need one for one's pet cat. It costs $60.
Total cost of taking a pet cat to europe is just shy of $500 from Agrovet. $200 bucks for the blood test alone.
Glad it seems to be a lot cheaper for a child.
Edit: not sure if you also get charged more by the airline.

Edit: Actually (from memory) this may be a Hague Convention requirement, but I'm also talking out my vent on this one based on an experience of a decade ago.
This is page one of the three pages of documents you need for Australia. I would assume the UK embassy has a similar one.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.

Please do your homework before making Ill informed comments.BawBawFett wrote: ↑Mon May 15, 2017 1:55 am There are no kids passports in cambodia. They can travel on the mother's khmer passport but can't have their own(khmer passport).
Cambodian children can no longer be added to their parents passports with the introduction of the new biometric passports, they must have their own passport for international travel.
Even on the old passport system, children could be issued their own, although it was cheaper to just have the children added to their mothers passport.
