Kampot Rents?

A question for those in Kampot. How many buildings are available for rent that may enable the conversion to a guest house and bar. Four or five rooms upstairs plus the ground floor. How much might the rent be for a biggish building? Asking for a friend.

Why spend a lot of money on a building he doesn't own?

Check the business for sale forum below.

Kampot Kenny's is for sale, or for rent.

He owns the building himself, so has two options: buy the business and pay lower rent over a fixed period, or rent the place for a higher monthly rate.
