Sailor killed it on that post. Fuck man.... in NY every industrial business zone is a complete ghost town. Upstate NY is far worst! Somethings gotta give. Pull the plug and lets restart and get this going again. Let our credit rating fall! Dont bail shit out. Let markets run its course. Interest rates are brutal...nobody wants to save.

ehh...will never happen.

If/when that happens, it will most severely impact those least able to cope...meaning the elderly, the disabled and the already poorest among us (in the western world anyway, the poorest in Cambodia, India, most of Africa, etc. won't give a damn). The bankers, corporate elite and the rest of the wealthy will carry on just fine, and probably would position themselves to be able to further consolidate their wealth even more by taking advantage of the desperate. You think such a default will not affect you? Do you have a stash of gold, a cache of weapons and a private, secure food/water/fuel/medical treatment supply? Your dollars and most other currencies would become next to worthless. You would be screwed too. Try living in Cambodia as a foreigner with nothing but worthless US dollars. Be careful what you wish for.

This hasn't happened already?

I dont believe in the gold theory. Its never happened where people traded in Gold. Once a currency goes to shit they come up with a new form of currency.

Look Im worried enough about it. Between people bitching for social justice and income inequilty. THEN you have Bill Gates(and I shit you not) talking about a YEAR ZERO for the global community to depopulate the world.

Unreal. I would love to tell you guys what I did for work back at home and why I moved to Cambodia. I did post a great video in regards to my former line of work awhile back.

Its just really bad and pretty horrifying.

Stash of gold, No! Stash of food, No! Stash of meds, No! Stash of legal Guns and Ammo, Yes! With the last, you can get the former.

America is headed for interesting times and I hope to be a part of it. If you read the Declaration of Independence you will see that our founding-fathers set it up so that once the government became so corrupt it stopped benefiting its citizens, the citizens could by any means take the government back.

With millions of armed citizens in America and a military who's members have to go on food stamps to feed their families, the corrupt politicians and Banksters are scared sh*tless of an armed citizenry. The only way the 1% scum that has risen to the top can deal with what is coming is to flee the country. There are data-banks and interested parties with the home address's of the scum/attorneys/judges/CEO's, and the police will be outnumbered millions to one. Yes, interesting times are coming to the country that has 2,200,000+ people (men) in jails/prisons. Why to you think the federal government ,who is being pushed by the Bar Associations, Banksters, and politicians/attorneys are militarizing all police forces in America? Its because they believe that a military like police force will keep the Sheeple in line. Most American's are easy going and take a lot of sh*t, but up to a point. After that point watch out!

Just today I was talking to my nephew on Skype. In his travels in America he can't believe what he is seeing. Closed down stores, business's and factories everywhere. Parts of the country where English is no longer the language of the people. A growing welfare scam society where the government keeps people in line by dangling a welfare check in front of them. Yes, hard times coming!

Geez, been hearing this kind of nonsense since the 1970s. Remember the oil embargo, the Japanese taking over the world, we will be running out of food, oil, copper, all commodities will skyrocket in price, overpopulation, famines, devaluation, etc. etc. We hear this kind of foolishness all the time. The future belongs, as it did in the past, not to those who buy guns and ammo and retreat in fear, but to those who engage in business, and commerce and save and invest in the future. I have heard this kind of panic talk for so long it just gets so predictable and tiresome. And from what I have seen, the people that believe this sky is falling rubbish are just the ones who have missed the economic boat, and I guess want to believe that everyone else will miss it too. Don't believe this nonsense, there will be ups and downs, some industries will fall and disappear, some will rise, some will appear out of nowhere. Get on board, get educated, work hard, invest in this unknown future, or don't. As always it is up to you.
I wish I knew a whole lot more, or a whole lot less.
