Int'l school salaries

Hi

I am thinking of applying to some international schools in Phnom Penh, but the schools are asking what my salary expectations are. Well, expectations are often different to reality and I have tried searching online but there doesn't seem to be much clear information about school salaries. I have seen that ESL teaching varies from $400 per month to $1200.

I have a PGCE + CELTA and experience of teaching at high school.

Of course it's not all about the money but it helps to make a decision.

Also, does anyone know what kind of reputation SCIA has? I have seen a few negative comments on Glassdoor...
