Info From People who have arrived Back to Cambodia

Hello
Im new here, I have been doing some searching for info on above?

What happens after the 24 Check after landing are you free to GO?
If i land in PP could i go to my Home in SR?
I have been told better not to land in SR you can after JULY1 But again told PP better
Can a few of you point me in the right direction?

Unused portion of the 3000 ? when do you get it back and how ?
