It could be from a roof, crack in outside wall, opened chimney etc

If he seals the problem up he will just have another problem and more chance of mold.

Which floor on you on? Are you on the top floor? Is it a concrete roof or tin roof? There are many variables at play and finding the source of a leak isn't always easy. I've used several different products from SIka, U90 and others. I've also tiled up roofs to make things easier. Can you post some pictures?

If it's a leaking bathroom upstairs, sealing it inside your apartment might not solve the problem because the plaster will continue to get so wet it starts to break down and fall off (currently happening where I'm living).

I live in the first floor with 3 floors above me. It's a typical townhouse in Orussey, so there's flats under, both sides and above. I told my landlord, and he just shrugged and said it's coming from next door neighbors shower. But there's a some kind of passage, because the amount of water increases dramatically during rainy season. I mean we are mopping it from the floor.

Because of the location of my flat, locating the original source of the water might be impossible, also like someone before me commented that try to organise anything with the neighbors. They don't give a rats ass about their water seeping to my flat. It's not their flat.

I'll take some photos today.

Only other option is to move.

Judging by the landlords response, you're not going to get any kind of outcome besides more water.

Cheapest and quickest option is to move out.

Agreed. Move. No way will you ever be able to fix that.

It sounds very unhealthy. I would move. Nothing will keep the water out.
