You need the DL from your home country and $40 or 50, I don't recall exactly. I use Ana on Beach Rd next to Top Cat.

Do they throw in a room ? The actual fee is $35. You need like 5 pics too.

My friend just got quoted 65$ and an IDL as well. Was 50$ and a valid DL from your country just last year. Probably worth shopping around but only heard of 35$ for renewals in PP. The hassle and price curve for getting DL in SHV has sharply increased over the last few years.

Go and see Rocky at VLK travel ( next door to Occheuteal Guesthouse). This info is a little ( about 8 months) out of date, but it cost $47 and you needed a valid D.L from your home country. No IDL was required. It takes about 1 month to receive the actual licence, but you get a receipt that is accepted by the cops in the meantime.

Yes on Ana travel. I use them for my DL and Visa. First time DL was $65. after that I believe it was $35. or $40.

Having my dl renewed at Lucky Lucky on Monivong, fee $33, 4 pics (why so many??) and a photocopy of your passport and visa. Temp. dl is ready after a few days and the dl after about a month, that is if there's not to many public holidays...
Somebody referred me to a shop on the Riverside, when I went there they quoted me $45; it pays to shop around.

Well it looks like the price discrepancy has to do with first DL vs renewal. I can't remember what the Hell I paid for either other than never paying $60.. There's 3 or 4 TAs around Beach Road that'll match Ana's prices and they're reliable too. I shopped around on my last Visa. I just like Ana. She's a piece of work. I've used her for stuff long before moving here.
