maybe the price hikes been demanded by the police to help assist in their road side license checks by putting people off forking out for the license and just "risking it"

Anyone get a Cambodian DL recently in SV ? Or PP ?
Not a renewal, first licence. You need your original DL and how many $ ? Anything better about getting it done in PP as opposed to SV ?
