How is Cambodia compared to the Philippines?

I'm weighing living in either Phnom Penh, or Angeles City PI. Has anyone lived in both countries? How would you compare the two? I'm currently in Thailand but thinking of moving for various reasons to one of these other locations. Would be glad to hear what others have experienced in each place, the good and the bad.

Are there any other reasons to go to angeles then the one I am thinking of?

yes.not only better beaches and most people speak eglishi.

I've spend some time on Palawan. Enjoyed it. The scenery is great and the women are awesome in bed... (khmer girls, on average are boring when it comes to intercourse)

Khmer are a bit more chilled out and the Khmer men don't hate foreigners like men in the Philippines hate us.

When it comes to getting things done. Like getting something fixed or maybe setting up a business, Cambodia is miles ahead of the Philippines...

In the Philippines its like they don't want to make any money and they just chill the whole day. (obviously there are plenty of lazy people in Cambodia, but if they can make some cash they do the work)
