No problem when you arrive in Cambodia. No questions asked.
The only problem might come from the airline check-in staff if they are not familiar with the Cambodian visa system. Depends on the airline and also the country that you're flying from. If you have a previous Cambodian visa in your passport to show them there should be no problem.
If you're worried, you can also print out something official off the net to show the airline that a Cambodia VOA is acceptable. At worst, you will have to hang about when you check in while the staff check that Cambodia accepts VOA, so arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare - just in case.
Short answer: no.
can you extend an e-Visa in the same way?
From the Cambodian government website, it seems to indicate that e-visas are only good for tourist visas.
For those who wish to apply Business Visa, K-Visa or Diplomatic Visa, please contact your nearest Cambodian Embassy for more information.

But why get an e-visa when you can get a VOA ?

e-Visas are for busy, important people who don't want to wait in queues. They do all their stuff on-line. That's why they're $37 USD.

so how much are they upon arrival at PP airport?
And I would pay anything as a premium to avoid having to fight your way through the touts and the terrible system they have at Hat Lek border crossing

It costs $10 for a tout to skip the queue.

Far too many threads about visas. Gets confusing.

I even had a return ticket for 2 months later and vietnam airlines counter in Saigon gave me some static this past 12 jan.2017..."... like you only get 30 days..." and i said i can extend as long as i want and even at that i can just take the bus to BAngkok or whatever... after a while she let me go.

All visitors except citizens of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam need a visa to enter Cambodia. There are two types of visa: tourist and Visa-E or Business Visa.

The tourist visa costs at around 30 USD and is only valid for one stay of up to 30 days that can be extended only once for a maximum of two months. Cambodian Visa in getting in[/url] the country airports and the borders.

I really am sorry if I did not pay attention to the main question. I would like to redeem myself for answering your main question about the cost of extension for business visa. The cost of the extension may cost 155 USD per 6 months extension and 290 USD for 12 months extension.
