Haemorrhoids

Post by AdamS »

Hi there gang. I've been lucky enough to receive my first ever external haemorrhoid and it's a beauty. I feel like I have a thumb sticking out of my arse. Anyone here with any experience could tell me which brand of meds/cream are worth a go? Am missing germaloids and my doctor. Would not be so concerned but I am in the middle of a project that requires me to bike a fair few miles a day down these dreamy smooth roads. Maybe a new best friend resides in my anus and is just dying to get out... :o

As crazy as it sounds, if you stop eating, you don't shit. That can heal Hemorrhoids. Your entire digestive tract has a rest.

This is not to mention all the other healing benefits of water fasting. A total reset of your microbiome, a healing of autoimmune diseases, and autophagy.

The obvious benefit is weight loss which will also fix so many other health issues a lot of people suffer from.

This guy is well past Water Fasting for 120 days and has already lost over 200 lbs. Incredible.

Strangely enough putting ice on it for a short time helps. And there is a medicine called Daflon also helps.
Exercise like walking and swimming is also good.

You've got to watch those powerful bum guns...

You can use lidocaine to ease the pain, which is a topical anesthetic. Common brand in Cambodia is Titanoreine - a la lidocaine.

Any cream or pills will only make your ass skin stronger to feel the pain less.
There is no way to cure it, just drink water, wait, and pray :-)

A gentle diet can go a long way. Avoid the fats and sugars, avoid rough fiber.
