I would say you have no hope in Cambodia, if you want to act morally. You could pay, probably more than you lent him, and be likely not to win anyway.

Do you have any proof or evidence you loaned him money, for example, something in writing? If you took it to court, and he denied you lent him money, you would probably not have a case.

If you have some sort of proof or evidence, i suggest taking it to court in Australia, next time he goes to Australia. He does not go very often, and it seems you are not Australian.

I am another of the many people that Greg Blake has scammed. Do not be concerned by his threats or taken in by his stories, he has nothing to offer except his bullshit. I have registered him in Australia with Interpol but we need the Cambodian authorities to decide he is a threat and co-operate to have him extradited and charged. Please make a complaint about him to your local authorities or higher. If they have enough complaints the Cambodian government will be motivated to remove him from their country. Any information of his current whereabouts and actions is appreciated.

Yes I have all the paperwork for 'the loan'. Seeing lawyer on Thursday to get the ball rolling.

How has he informed you ? If you have it on paper , e/mail or whatever, get the right people involved and find him first before he finds you.
