Good framing shop in SHV ?

Probably a long shot, I am looking for a framing shop in SHV that would happen to have modern and or minimalist framing material and execute attentive work in a clean environment as it should be.
The kind of work that people like New Art Gallery in Phnom Penh does. All I can think about are non specialized shops that sell the gold color plastic gilded standard size thingy.
