Anyone know if Friday 19 June is an officially gazetted public holiday this year?

No it's not an official holiday. Only government offices and school are to close.

Bars and restaurants are ok to open but there must be no "party" atmosphere, whatever that means.

Cambodia didn't realize they had a royal family until they discovered they could milk it for endless paid holidays (government jobs.) What is the official number of holidays and how does it rank in the world.

Like every other ranking, it's either at the very top or the very bottom.
